This Blog is dedicated to my dad who showed me everything I know. He has been gardening since I was very young. He has planted a huge garden and shared his produce with his children and family for over 50 years. He will be 75 this year and he is still out-doing me.

FIRST HARVESTS
Tender lettuce is almost ready to cut.
I am already enjoying some first harvests of my garden. Green onions, chives, collards, Swiss chard & kale.
We made baked potatoes and topped them with sauteed greens and fresh onions & chives.
