FREEZING SWEET CORN
Freezing corn is pretty simple.
1. Husk and hair corn
2. Blanch corn in boiling water for about 4 minutes.
3. Cool in ice water to stop the cooking process.
4. Dry on a towel
5. Cut corn off cob in a 9x13 Glass baking dish
6. Freeze corn in quart freezer bags.
APPROX. 7 FULL EARS = 1 QT. BAG
PRESS OUT AS MUCH AIR AS POSSIBLE AND SEAL BAGS. SPREAD OUT CORN IN BAG AND FREEZE FLAT.
